KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 14,527 summonses were issued to foreign motorcyclists during Operasi Khas Motosikal by the Road Transport Department from Sept 1 to Sept 20.
JPJ senior enforcement director Datuk Lokman Jamaan said not having a valid licence topped the offences with 6,268 summonses, followed by no insurance (2,667), expired motor vehicle licence (2,657), and other technical offences (1,948), reported Bernama,
