Teen falls to death from 12th floor of condo


KUALA LUMPUR: A foreign teenager was found dead after she was believed to have fallen from the 12th floor of a condominium.

Wangsa Maju OCPD Supt Ashari Abu Samah said police were notified of the incident at 8.20pm on Tuesday.

“At the scene, police found the body of the victim, a 14 year-old foreigner, on the ground of Block B (of the condominium). The victim suffered serious head injuries and was pronounced dead by paramedics at 8.40pm.

“She had been staying in Malaysia for eight years and was living with her mother and sister whereas her father was currently in Bangladesh,” he said in a statement.

The case has been classified as a sudden death.
