Flash floods hit Shah Alam's Section 13 after afternoon downpour

SHAH ALAM: Flash floods were reported at Section 13 here on Wednesday (Aug 16).

Shah Alam OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim said the incident occurred between 3.40pm and 4.37pm on Wednesday.
