State polls: Early voter turnout at more than 15% as at 9am, says EC

KUALA LUMPUR: The early voter turnout for the six state elections and the Kuala Terengganu parliamentary by-election was at slightly more than 15% as at 9am Tuesday (Aug 8).

According to the Election Commission (EC), Kelantan had the highest turnout so fare at 23%, followed by Kedah and Penang at 22% and 20% in Terengganu.
