KOTA KINABALU: Sabah is fine-tuning its controversial Nature Conservation Agreement (NCA) for a carbon trading deal, says Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.
He said they were looking at the terms and conditions of the deal to meet the requirements for Sabah’s involvement in carbon trading.
