KUALA LUMPUR: The third phase of the Rahmah Cash Aid (STR) for B40 recipients will be disbursed before the Hari Raya Haji celebration, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
The Prime Minister said the payment involved an allocation of more than RM2bil benefiting eight million recipients nationwide.
