BERUAS: Mayors and local council presidents will have a chance to further their education at Oxford, Stanford or Harvard if they have performed in stellar fashion, says Nga Kor Ming.

The Local Government Development Minister said this opportunity would be given to those who win the ministry’s ‘gold excellence award.’
