JOHOR BARU: There is a need for a special allocation from the Federal Government to maintain and upgrade decades-old public flats, says Datuk Mohd Jafni Md Shukor.
The Johor Housing and Local Government Committee chairman said that about 70% of the management committees handling public flats in Johor are facing difficulties in coping with the cost of carrying out maintenance work.
