NRD-police integrated system expected to start in October to speed up citizenship application process

PUTRAJAYA: An integrated system between the National Registration Department (NRD) and the police is in the works to expedite the citizenship application process, says its director-general Zamri Misman.

He said with the integration in place, the screening process and checks for citizenship application could be done online.
