STORIES of celebrities divorcing one another and “third parties” have left Ruhainies with a phobia of relationships.

The actress, whose full name is Nur Ruhainies Farehah Zainul Ilyas, prefers to stay single for now to stabilise her financial situation and focus on her parents.

“Honestly, I’m afraid of getting married due to what’s happening with people, mostly celebrities, going through divorce. Who wouldn’t be afraid?” she was quoted as saying by Kosmo!.

Asked about her relationship status, the 30-year-old remained coy.

“I don’t want to say too much about my love life. I’ll only make an announcement if I’m really confident of getting married.

“For now, I’m busy with my acting career and spending time with my parents,” said Ruhainies, who had previously shared about her relationship with a man known only as Mr E.

> Despite going blind after a car accident earlier this year, entrepreneur Masitah Mohd Affandy has continued to stay positive and even described it as a blessing in disguise, according to Harian Metro.

In a video posted on her social media account, Masitah appeared in high spirits, with netizens praising her for her positivity.

Recalling the accident, Masitah said she was in a car driven by a staff member while on her way back to Johor from Sabak Bernam, Selangor.

“I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t sad but life goes on and I believe the Almighty kept me alive as I have bigger things ahead.

“I am thankful that my husband is always by my side, and he is doing the house chores now.

“For those in the same situation, take things positively as it may be a test from the Almighty.”
