Batu Pahat businessman charged with evading over RM500K in tax


BATU PAHAT: A businessman dealing in wooden pallets was charged at the Magistrate’s Court here for tax evasion amounting to more than RM545,000.

Goh Boon Chai, 58, a director of Utara Raya Sdn Bhd, pleaded not guilty to the charge after he arrived at the court here on his own on Sunday (May 14).
