PAS seeks to strike out Mujahid’s defamation suit on LGBT article


KUALA LUMPUR: PAS has applied to strike out a defamation suit filed by Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) vice-president Datuk Seri Mujahid Yusof Rawa over allegations that the former Parit Buntar MP supported the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community.

The political party filed the application through Messrs Tengku Amalin & Faizi at the High Court here on Feb 15.
