Ahmad Sabki is new CCM chairman


KUALA LUMPUR: Ahmad Sabki Yusof has been appointed as the new chairman of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) effective March 1.

CCM, in a statement today (March 13), said Ahmad Sabki, who has a Master's in Business Administration and a Master's in Comparative Law from the International Islamic University, has vast experience in fields related to companies and commerce.

"He has also held key positions in various companies, organisations and legal firms in the fields of commercial law, management, corporate governance, compliance and risk management,” it said. - Bernama
