Zahid: Hadi’s opinion another ‘political fatwa’

KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang’s prediction that the government will fall is just another “political fatwa (edict)” by the PAS president, says Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.The Deputy Prime Minister was of the view that Abdul Hadi’s remark was a “bad prayer” coming from a “political ulama”.

“That was a bad prayer, and as a political ulama, he (Abdul Hadi) has his own ‘fatwa’ that only applies to certain situations.
