Malaysian rapper Namewee praises Wang Leehom’s latest music video

PETALING JAYA: Malaysian singer-cum-rapper Namewee (pic) has publicly voiced his support for Taiwanese-American heartthrob Wang Leehom’s career comeback, despite the cloud hanging over him following his explosive divorce, reported China Press.

Namewee not only shared Wang’s new music video See You Soon, but also praised him for incorporating aboriginal music into his work.

“We love an artiste because of his work and attitude towards his creations.

“Right now, we are not electing a morality minister or marriage minister, are we?” he wrote.

Wang, 46, recently made a comeback to the music industry, just over a year after he and Lee Jinglei, 35, went through an acrimonious split.

Lee had hit back at Wang and accused him of playing the victim.
