KOTA BHARU: The Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID) has made adjustments to Phase 1 of the Sungai Golok Integrated River Basin Development (PLSB) project which is currently under construction to reduce the impact of flooding on the surrounding area.
Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change Minister Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad said the adjustments involved a number of technical matters, including making sure that water can better flow from Sungai Lanchang to Sungai Golok.
