KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah's decree in Parliament on Monday (Feb 13) should serve as a reference for MPs to see what improvements can be made, say experts.

Institute for Research and Development of Policy (IRDP) research and advocacy officer Farhan Rawi said all input and content of the decree are also a good start for MPs to begin their debate on the Royal Address on Tuesday (Feb 14).
