Price controls implemented until Jan 29 for eight grocery items

KUALA LUMPUR: There are eight controlled items for Chinese New Year, with imported round cabbages from Indonesia and China (excluding Beijing), imported potatoes from China and garlic among the items on the list.

The others include white pomfret fish (weighing between 200gm to 400gm per fish), white shrimp, and live pigs and their parts.
