No approval given for rally at Parliament on Dec 19, say cops


KUALA LUMPUR: The police have not given any approval for a rally seeking targeted Employees Provident Fund (EPF) withdrawals at the entrance to Parliament on Monday (Dec 19).

Dang Wangi district police chief ACP Noor Dellhan Yahaya said they had not received any application to hold the rally as provided under Section 9(1) of the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012.
