JOHOR BARU: Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein has made it very clear that Barisan Nasional must not cooperate with Pakatan Harapan to form the government.

The Sembrong MP added that the people had made their choice in the 15th General Election (GE15) which must be respected.

"What is clear is there is no single party that can form a government on its own resulting in a hung parliament," he said in a Facebook post on Sunday (Nov 20).

He added what was important right now was that the country and the people need a stable government to move forward.

"This is why we must cooperate with those that share the same values and objectives.

"However, I have been consistent since before and my stand is clear, which is not to cooperate with Pakatan," he said.
