KUANTAN: Pahang police personnel will have a choice of six local meals that come in quick-to-prepare form as they carry out their duty on polling day.
The meals available in the Express Meal Ready To Eat (RTE) packs were nasi lemak, nasi goreng Cina, nasi masak lemak ayam, nasi kurma ayam, nasi kari daging and nasi tomato ayam masak merah, said the Pahang police on Facebook.
"The advantage of this Express Meal RTE is that it is complete with food and drinks in one pack including the heating element.
"It is very suitable as a supply for personnel because it does not require utensils and space and can also be prepared at any time," it said.
State police chief Comm Datuk Seri Ramli Mohamed Yoosuf recently watched a demonstration of the Express Meal RTE preparation.
