SEMPORNA: Occupants of the "floating villages" here are appealing to the authorities not to relocate them to mainland Sabah where they expect financial difficulties after moving.
Former Kampung Simunul village head Ramlee Saraman said the villagers would have a hard time paying the monthly rent if they were relocated to People's Housing Project (PPR) units provided by the state government.
