PETALING JAYA: Perak Barisan Nasional will be launching its own manifesto on Tuesday (Nov 8), says its secretary Datuk Aminuddin Md Hanafiah.
The manifesto, which will be rolled out at Bandar Meru Raya on Tuesday night, will be directed towards realistic future planning for the state.
Aminuddin said the manifesto will be comprehensive, targeting the various sectors and each district, reported Sinar Harian.

"This manifesto is not made by politicians but takes into account the views of the community, community groups and the needs of different sectors and how they view the future.
"So as a political party that has the vision to bring prosperity to the people, we take these views into account and process them as best we can to ensure they can be implemented," the daily quoted him as saying in Hulu Kinta on Monday (Nov 7).
He said the launch would be officiated by Perak Barisan chairman Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad and it was expected that around 5,000 people would attend.

Aminuddin, who is also the Barisan candidate for the Tambun parliamentary seat, said the campaign was going smoothly.
He said the Barisan campaign in the constituency, which also covers the state seats of Manjoi and Kinta, was proceeding well because the candidates – Datuk Mazlan Abdul Rahman and Datuk Azizul Kama Abdul Aziz respectively – were both locals.

"We have to accept the fact that there are 180,000 voters (here), and the area is wide. In terms of travel, we are at 15% to 20% (campaign coverage) so far.
"We are always on the move but there is (a lot of area to cover) due to new housing areas. So it may be a bit difficult to meet everyone," he said.
Aminuddin said Tambun Barisan also uses social media platforms to campaign and reach out to as many voters as possible.
