PM Ismail Sabri extends condolences to Azalina over mother's death


KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on Tuesday (Oct 25) expressed condolences to the incumbent Member of Parliament for Pengerang Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said over the passing of her mother, Datin Salamah Sheikh Ahmad.

"On behalf of the Malaysian Family, I would like to offer Azalina and her family our deepest condolences for the loss of her beloved mother.

"May her soul be placed among the righteous and the pious. Al-Fatihah,” he wrote on Facebook.

Azalina’s mother was reported to have breathed her last at the National Heart Institute here this morning and is expected to be laid to rest the Bukit Kiara Muslim cemetery after the Zohor prayers. - Bernama
