Mavcom to monitor ticket prices

KUALA LUMPUR: Flight tickets will be monitored by the Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom) to ensure airlines do not raise prices arbitrarily as the 15th General Election approaches, says Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

“Mavcom can intervene if airlines have unreasonably increased prices of flight tickets.
