Dr Wee launches ehailing application TAXI4U on TikTok

KUALA LUMPUR: A new ehailing application TAXI4U has entered the fray.

Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong, through a post on TikTok, said he launched the new application on Thursday (Oct 20).

"Our Ministry encourages competition between industry players.

"This will bring opportunities for drivers or passengers to make the best choice," he said.

The launch was also attended by Land Public Tansport Agency director general Datuk Azlan Shah Al Bakri, Persatuan Pengguna Islam Malaysia (PPIM) chairman Datuk Nadzim Johan and TAXI4U director Kamaruddin Mohd Hussain.
