Local man arrested for offering Johor cops RM90,000 bribe


JOHOR BARU: A local man was arrested for allegedly trying to bribe a police officer as an inducement to release his foreign friend from police detention.

Johor police chief Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat said the offence was committed by the suspect at a Taman Suria restaurant here.
