PETALING JAYA: Once Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob announces the dissolution of the Parliament, a caretaker government will come into effect.
The Election Commission (EC) then has to spring into action and announce a nomination date and a polling date within 60 days from the date of dissolution.
