KUALA LUMPUR: Women from households receiving Bantuan Keluarga Malaysia (BKM) who give birth in 2023 will receive one-off cash assistance of RM500 under the CahayaMata Keluarga Malaysia programme.
Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz said an allocation of RM150mil would be set aside to increase the birth rate, and reduce the problem of children with stunted growth.
