Swapping seat before general election is normal, says Dr Wee

JELEBU: Minor seat swapping among Barisan Nasional allies before any general election is held is normal, says MCA Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

He said there tended to be slight changes during negotiations among the component parties and this was not unusual.
