Queen Elizabeth visited Penang Hill in ‘70

GEORGE TOWN: Penang Hill, one of the landmarks of Penang, was visited by the late Queen Elizabeth II in the 1970s.

Penang Hill Corporation (PHC) general manager Datuk Cheok Lay Leng said Penang Hill was indeed the first British hill station dating back to the late 18th century.
