Covid-19 Watch: 2,226 new cases bring total to 4,799,663

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia recorded 2,226 new Covid-19 cases on Thursday (Sept 8), says the Health Ministry.

According to the ministry's CovidNow portal, 2,224 of the new Covid-19 infections in the country were local transmissions, while there were 2 imported cases.
