PETALING JAYA: A foreign man was detained for allegedly molesting a woman at the side of the road in Kota Damansara.
Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Fakhrudin Abdul Hamid said the woman in her late 30s was walking towards her friend's car at about 9.30pm on Sunday (Aug 28) when she felt someone touching and squeezing her buttocks.
