Initial design for road linking M'sia, Thailand immigration complexes expected by November


BANGKOK: The initial design of the road alignment connecting the Bukit Kayu Hitam Immigration, Customs, Quarantine and Security (ICQS) Complex in Malaysia and the Sadao Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) Complex in Thailand is expected to be completed in November this year.

Public Works Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof said Malaysia, through the Public Works Department (JKR), was carrying out preliminary work on the site which includes survey work, site investigation and traffic study.
