More than 100 summonses for car he sold 12 years ago

KUALA LUMPUR: A plumber sold his car to a second-hand car dealer about 12 years ago and thought he was done with it.

But years later, Kor Eng Chai, 57, found out that the ownership was still under his name and earlier this month, discovered that he has racked up more than 100 summonses from Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
