King: Use Maal Hijrah to preserve racial unity

KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah wants the historic event of Maal Hijrah to be used as the basis to preserve racial unity and prosperity in the country.

In his message on the occasion of the Maal Hijrah celebration today, the King called on the people to value the blessings of living in an independent and sovereign nation.
