PETALING JAYA: In the run up to Merdeka celebrations in August, Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong joined the throngs of people at Dataran Putrajaya for the launch of National Month 2022 and Fly the Jalur Gemilang campaign on Saturday (July 30).
In a Facebook post, the Transport Minister said that some 10,000 people had taken part in the 2.7km brisk walk around Putrajaya on Saturday morning.
The event was launched by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob and attended by other Cabinet ministers.
“Berjalan Teguh Bersama Keluarga Malaysia (Walk Strong with the Malaysian Family),” the MCA president added in his Facebook post.
