Former director fined RM85,000 over use of forged document


KUALA LUMPUR: A former director of the Malaysian Intellect Development Foundation (MIDF) has been fined RM85,000 in default six months' jail for falsifying payment vouchers.

Sessions Court judge Suzana Hussain imposed the fine on SS Vijaya Kumar, 47, after he pleaded guilty to an alternative charge of using a forged document as genuine.
