Rosmah tries again to challenge Sri Ram's appointment


KUALA LUMPUR: Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor (pic) has once again filed an application to challenge the appointment of Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram as senior deputy public prosecutor in her RM1.25bil solar hybrid project corruption trial and to nullify the entire trial proceedings since 2018.

Rosmah, 70, filed the judicial review application on June 24 through Messrs Akberdin & Co in the High Court (Appeal and Special Powers) naming the Attorney General/Public Prosecutor, Government of Malaysia and Sri Ram as respondents.
