So much to see: Jobseekers exploring the many job prospects offered during the myStarjob Fair in 2019. More opportunities await at this year’s bigger and better fair.
KUALA LUMPUR: The myStarjob Fair 2022 to be held at Pavilion Bukit Jalil Exhibition Centre on June 25 and 26 will showcase 31 companies offering jobseekers various types of career opportunities.
These include companies involved in industries such as oil and gas services and equipment, financial services, hospitality, food and beverage, retail, ecommerce, information and communication technology, and many more.
Visitors will have the opportunity to interact with industry professionals at career talks that aim to encourage job seekers to explore or find a job most suited to them.
Three main sponsor categories will be leading the fair.
The Title Sponsor by Malaysia Petroleum Resources Corporation (MPRC) with 12 booths; Diamond Sponsor by Great Pyramid with six booths; and Platinum Sponsor by MYNext (by TalentCorp) with four booths.
Star Media Group Bhd is also on the lookout for talents, with over 20 job vacancies up for grabs.
The first 300 early bird visitors will receive cash vouchers worth RM10 from Restaurant Grandmama located at Unit 1.34.00, on Level 1 at Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
The contest categories for myStarjob Fair 2022 and the prizes are:
REGISTER & WIN - Huawei Watch Fit
Participants have to register as visitors on Eventbrite – www.bit.ly/msj0622 – or Google Form using the link advertised on Star Media Group platforms and the QR code provided on the event day itself.
The contest is open to visitors aged 16 and above.
There will be one (1) winner and the winner will be notified via a telephone call during the event dates.
SPIN & WIN - Soleus GPS Watches, Joyoung Air Fryer and Honor Band 5
Participants are required to visit at least one (1) main sponsor booth from Malaysia Petroleum Resource Corporation – Pavilion, Great Pyramid, MYNext by TalentCorp, Agensi Pekerjaan Fair Work People Connect Sdn Bhd and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission.
They have to obtain at least one (1) sticker to be eligible to enter the contest.
Eligible participants will have to go to the Spin & Win counter and to spin on an electronic tablet to win.
The contest is open to visitors aged 16 and above.
The winners of the Spin & Win will be notified after the spin.
LISTEN & WIN - SEAC Diving Mask
Participants have to attend at least one (1) career talk and must stay until the end to participate in the Q&A session.
There will be one (1) winner for each of the six (6) sessions per day. This adds up to 12 winners on June 25 and 26 and they will be announced during the session itself.
The contest is open to visitors aged 16 and above.

The fair will be held at Hall 3 on Level 5 of the Pavilion Bukit Jalil exhibition centre on June 25 and 26 from 11am to 7pm and admission is free.
