IN the last two years, actor and comedian Ali Puteh, 33, worked on only one TV programme that paid RM300, reported Harian Metro.

Ali said the offer was made last Ramadan for a programme to recite several surahs from the Quran through video calls.

He said during that period, he used his savings to support the family.

“For more than two years, there were no job offers for acting, hosting and so on.

“There was none at all other than the Lawak Superstar and Maharaja Lawak Mega Musical on Astro,” he said.

Ali, whose real name is Syed Ali Mubarak Syed Mohd Ridzuan, used to work as a security guard.

He said he had to withdraw RM10,000 from his Employees’ Provident Fund account through the special withdrawal scheme recently for business capital and to support his family.

> Singer Noki K-Clique has been relentlessly harassed by fans for showing off his body on social media, reported Kosmo!

Noki, whose real name is Ahmad Ikhwan Aji, revealed that some of them had even invited him to bed.

“In the most extreme cases, some sent nude photos repeatedly while there were some who invited me for some fun in bed.

“I received messages from aunties, women and men and I think this is my fault because I always ‘belanja’ them photos of my body,” he said.

“I will delete the negative things so that the same incidents will not happen again,” he added.

Noki, 28, won the MeleTOP Group/Duo category with Shiha Zikir through the song AEWO at the MeleTOP Era 2021 Awards (AME2021) last Sunday.
