Two teens found dead in car, no sign of foul play, say cops


KUALA LUMPUR: Two teenagers - a male and a female - were found dead inside a car in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Cheras.

The bodies were found on Sunday (May 29).

Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Muhammad Idzam Jaafar said the teenagers, both 19 years old, were believed to be friends.

“The female was seated at the front and the male was at the back seat of the vehicle.

“No signs of foul play were found during inspections on the bodies,” he said in a statement on Wednesday (June 1).

ACP Muhammad Idzam said the bodies have been sent to the mortuary for a post mortem.

“The case has been classified as a sudden death and investigations continue,” he said.
