KUALA LUMPUR: Barisan Nasional is set to go on the offensive in order to change the public's perception of the coalition in the next general election, says Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan (pic).
“We have to start attacking more and being on the ‘offensive’, not waiting and being on the ‘defensive’.
“Don’t leave it only to Bossku to attack,” he said, referring to Barisan Nasional advisory chairman Datuk Seri Najib Razak to applause from the floor.

The Barisan deputy chairman said the Opposition’s accusations and fictional perceptions would have a negative impact on public perception and asked Barisan to “not sink” in the face of attacks from Pakatan Harapan and Perikatan Nasional.
“If there are attempts made to answer these (attacks) which are not planned or done strategically, they will only worsen the situation,” he said at the Barisan Nasional Convention here on Wednesday (June 1) morning.
