HONG Kong actress Roxanne Tong revealed that she and her boyfriend, actor Kenneth Ma, had talked about getting married but their plans were delayed by the pandemic, China Press reported.

“We have discussed it, but does this mean we have to let the public know how the discussion is coming along?” she quipped.
