Shah Alam student dies in motorcycle crash


SHAH ALAM: A secondary school student died after his motorcycle crashed into a road divider here.

The accident occurred at 8.05am on Friday (May 20) at Persiaran Jubli Perak here, Shah Alam OCPD Asst Comm Iqbal Ibrahim said in a statement.

"It is believed that the motorcyclist lost control and crashed into a road divider in the middle of the road.

"The victim is a secondary school student from SMK Sek 24 and was pronounced dead at the scene,” he said.

Witnesses are urged to contact traffic investigations officer Insp Mohd Zulkifli Razak at 019 447 5767.
