Enact political funding law before GE15, say NGOs


PETALING JAYA: Money politics is one of the problems plaguing the national political system and a law regulating political funding should be enacted before the 15th General Election is called, say several non-governmental organisations.

Centre to Combat Corruption and Cronyism (C4) executive director Cynthia Gabriel called on Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob to clean up the system in order to regain voters' confidence.
