Covid-19: Slight uptick in daily cases to 7,140, below 10,000 mark for fourth day in a row


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia recorded 7,140 new Covid-19 infections on Monday (April 18), bringing the total number of cases in the country to 4,396,165 since the pandemic began.

The Health Ministry's CovidNow portal reported that there were 6,876 local Covid-19 transmissions detected as at 11.59pm Monday, while the remaining 264 cases were imported cases.
