Opposition MPs hold separate meeting to discuss Constitutional amendments


PETALING JAYA: Opposition MPs held a separate meeting in preparation for the special Dewan Rakyat sitting to table amendments to the Federal Constitution to pave the way for the anti-hopping Bill to be tabled this July.

Transformation and Political Stability Steering Committee co-chairman Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail confirmed the meeting was held around the same time a briefing was held for Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on the matter.
