PETALING JAYA: Now that Malaysia is heading towards endemicity, public hospitals can start clearing their backlog of non-Covid-19 cases – except many lack the resources to do so, say health experts.
They said the management of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) was already at a crisis level before the coronavirus hit in 2020.
