NCD patients happy for return to normal

PETALING JAYA: Patients with noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) are happy that their follow-up care and treatments can resume at government healthcare facilities as Malaysia transitions to the Covid-19 endemic phase.

For Siti Shahrosamirah Shahar-man, 37, it was a relief that her father’s cataract surgery, which had been slated for Oct 28, 2020, will be rescheduled soon.
